Photo and Video Release
The ADA and T1D Exchange may use photographs and videos taken at the ADEPT Conference in future publications, websites, social media, or in other materials. By registering for this meeting, you agree to grant the ADA and T1D Exchange the absolute (perpetual), worldwide, transferable, royalty-free right and permission to capture and use this content for any publication, social media, or website, and or other lawful purpose.
Communications and Use of Personal Information
By completing the registration process, you are providing your consent to receive emails and other contact related to the conference. The information collected may be used to provide you with the content you request, operate, and improve the website, provide a positive user experience, and deliver the services we offer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be received in writing: [email protected]
For a full refund of the registration fee, requests must be received on or before September 1, 2024.
Cancellation requests received between September 2 and October 1, 2024, will receive a full refund of the registration fee less a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests received after October 1, 2024, will not receive a refund.
To Convert your In-Person to Virtual:
After October 1, registrants may convert an in-person registration to virtual attendance, but there will be no payment refunded.
