What is the location for the ADEPT Conference?

 

The conference will be held at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile. 540 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611

 

 

Where can I make hotel reservations for the ADEPT Conference?

 

We have negotiated discounted room rates for conference attendees.  Hotel booking information will be provided during the conference registrations process or visit the “Hotel & Venue” page on this website to get the discounted rates.

 

 

What is the deadline to register for the ADEPT Conference?

Where can I find the agenda?

What topics and themes will be covered?

 

Health equity solutions for type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and gestational diabetes will be explored. Topics will range from solutions for transparency to strategies for using data, process improvement, and systems-level advocacy in already willing environments.

 

 

I am a healthcare provider. Will my ADEPT attendance count towards my CME/CEU credit?

 

CME/CEU credit will not be offered during this conference.

 

 

I am not a healthcare provider. Can I still attend the ADEPT Conference?

 

Yes! The ADA and T1D Exchange welcome all health equity stakeholders to this event. Clinicians, researchers and thought leaders will join representatives from industry, government, people living with diabetes and health equity advocates to share and learn.

 

 

I am unable to attend the ADEPT Conference in person. Can I attend virtually?

 

Yes, virtual attendance will be available for the conference. Select this option during registration.
